Hair Growth Tip: Warm Hair Growth Oil
To help increase blood circulation at the scalp, warm your bottle of NJoy’s Long & Healthy Hair Growth Oil before applying to scalp. Note: Do Not Microwave. Place your bottle of hair growth oil in a bowl or sink full of hot water. Allow to sit for a few minutes while the oil warms. Then, use oil as directed.

The video is running behind but, I don’t want to hold up sharing the progress pictures that were shared by some of our Challengers. Let’s show off some progress. Hair Growth Tip: Get enough vitamin C.
Vitamin C deficiencies can cause hair that is weak, lusterless, and prone to breakage.
- Your body uses vitamin C to build collagen, which is crucial in developing hair growth. Vitamin C also assists in breaking down iron, another building block of hair, so maintaining good levels of vitamin C is necessary to absorb iron.
- The body cannot make vitamin C on its own. It’s therefore crucial that you eat and drink foods that have high concentrations of vitamin C. Cantaloupe, citrus fruits, broccoli, bell peppers, and spinach are all fantastic and great-tasting foods that are packed with vitamin C.
- Vitamin C is loaded with anti-oxidant properties, just like vitamin E and zinc. These anti-oxidants reduce the damage that is caused by free radicals that are formed when food is converted into energy by the body. These free radicals can do a lot of damage to your hair, which is one reason why we need to make sure that we have enough of this vitamin in our diets.
To ensure that your body is getting enough vitamin C, I recommend supplementing with Long & Healthy Essentials (hair growth vitamins). It differs from other popular brands because of its time-released vitamin C. This ensures a consistent release of vitamin C in your system to boost the benefits of all the vitamins, minerals and herbs aiding in giving you the best hair growth.

To maximize your hair growth, get rid of stress.
Studies show that stress prematurely terminates the normal duration of the anagen (or growing) phase in hair growth. It literally stunts hair growth.
Exercise is a good way to relieve stress to get your hair growing fast!
I’m pretty excited that the ends that I cut after using the Texture Management System have grown back. Having my hair straight helped me to see that my ends were janky. Not a lot of splits but just rough. I think it’s from pinning my ends up instead of tucking them. I cut about 1-2″ […]

Hi Divas! Ok, so I’ve already had this question asked of me several times since I’ve announced the release of Long & Healthy Essentials (Vitamin Complex for Hair Growth). Wash day is a day that I wasn’t always so excited about. During my relaxed days, I LOVED wash day. I LOVED the feeling of water raining down onto my scalp and then, flowing with my hair down my back. Or, at least it felt that way. But, through my transition and now, as a […]
