    Daily Water Intake Check-in.

    Ok, so we've committed to hydrating from within. This is nature's elixir. For increased hair growth, make sure that you are properly hydrating your body.

    For the sake of this challenge, set your water goal for half your body weight in ounces daily. For instance, if you weigh 150 pounds, your water goal should be 75 oz daily (150/2=75).

    Technically, juices count towards hydration too. But for the sake of this challenge, let's avoid sugary and carbonated drinks as they are counterproductive and dehydrates the cells in your body. If at all possible, make your water your primary focus for this goal.

    So, in your first post, and in subsequent changes, let us know how much water you intend to drink daily. Don't worry. We won't do the math and could care less about how many pounds you weigh. This will be excellent for your overall health as well as increased hair growth. Post after you've officially reached your goal or throughout the day. It's up to you!

    *le sigh* My daily goal is 85 oz.

    I usually fill 32 oz cups and finish right before bed (only causes more bathroom trips when I first started). I'll check in later when complete.

    I got 64 oz in yesterday (weekends are the worst for my water intake. Too much running around)


    So far today, I have 64 oz in.

    Technically it's after midnight but, I finally finished my last 32 oz. So I got in 96 oz.

    I downloaded the waterlogged app to help keep track of my intake. I should be drinking about 75oz but I'm going to aim for 64 daily.

    I've learned to tune my water alerts from my app out. But, I'm at a point where I do pretty well with water. It's basically all that I drink now. I only got 64 oz in tonight tho. My goal is 80oz.
