Checking in with today's dose. I thought keeping my vitamins in the fridge in my room would make sure that I took 'em. Not really. So, I moved it back to the main fridge so that I have it on hand when I make my green smoothie. Much better! Finally back on track with that.

Today because of the significant snow we received, I have the day off from work After shoveling and cleaning off my truck, I feel lazy…I haven't taken my vitamins as of yet, but will take them prior to going to bed tonight.

I've been doing well taking my vitamins daily but my face has started to break out. I checked the label and they contain 2500mcg of biotin. I'm thinking of cutting my dose in half until I finish the bottle then trying a different brand...

I'm still on point daily with taking my liquid multivitamin. This is great, consistency is key.

You are rocking it, Girl. As for me, I'm slacking up but back on track. For me, I think liquids are better to take but, capsules are easier to remember. Gotta get this to be a habit.

You're right…liquids are better to take, and is quicker absorbed into the body. You got it

    Re: Daily Vitamins/Supplements Check in

I officially have a bottle of vitamins in my kitchen fridge and the fridge in my bedroom. When I forget to take them in the kitchen and am turning in for the night, I rarely feel like going back out into the kitchen. So that there's no excuse, I have a bottle in both fridges.

I'm glad to report that I finished my first bottle of the liquid Alive vitamins. I have started on my second bottle, and look forward to the continuation of taking this brand of vitamin. I'm quite pleased with the ease of a liquid than a pill.

    Re: Daily Vitamins/Supplements Check in

I've been going back and forth between my liquid and the regular supplements out of laziness. I have a bottle of liquid vitamins in my kitchen fridge and one in the fridge in my bedroom. But, I don't really think to take them until bedtime and sometimes, if I'm already in bed, I don't even want to get up to go to the bedroom fridge. So my regular supplements are in a drawer in my nightstand. *blush* I'd prefer liquid but, it really depends on whether I'm tucked in or not. Lately, I've been going to bed so late, completely exhausted. I always get a 32 oz cup of water to drink before bed so, that makes my back up plan easy to take. Hey. As long as I'm getting my supplementation in, I'm good. lol.
