    Haven't been posting any updates but, I've gotten back on the water wagon and am doing pretty well with hitting my 84 oz goal. In fact, I've started drinking from 32 oz cups so, I've been doing 96oz most days. I'm back!

    My weight loss drops my daily goal to 84 oz. so far, I have 64 oz in. One more 32 oz cup to go.

    Wow! You've been doing great Njoy! I'm on a mission to increase my intake to 64oz. I might actually have to set an alarm to remind myself because I honestly just don't get that thirsty. I'm doing great today. Almost halfway there!

    I find that drinking from a 32 cup 3 times a day makes it easy to surpass my goal. By putting a little crushed ice in the mix, I can drink it all day. My only problem is that I don't start drinking first thing in the morning. My tummy is never cool with that. I usually start with lunch. But I'm on a mission to train myself to drink when I first wake up. They say that's best for your organs. And someone gave me a suggestion of drinking the water at room temp and that did make it better. Now to get better at leaving a bottle of water out next to my bed so that I can drink it upon waking. I already guzzle before going to bed. Ah well. I'll get it together.

    I heard that too about drinking when you first wake up. I didn't make my goal yesterday but I'm still glad that I got in more than usual =)
