How to thicken your sulfur growth mix

Rate this Entry
Hello Divas! I've got a tip for ya.

One of the drawbacks to using the sulfur oil mix is that it can be messy or runny. To combat that, I've been adding JBCO to my mix to thicken it up a bit. But if you're looking for something that you can mix up and apply to your scalp like an ointment, try mixing some of the premade sulfur oil with aloe vera gel and apply directly to your scalp.

Now, you may be tempted to make your mix with the aloe gel but, to get the right amount of sublimed sulfur, I would recommend making the sulfur oil mix and shaking it up to distribute the sulfur before mixing with the aloe gel. But hey, that's my recommendation. Do what works for you.

Hope that helps!

I'm using 100% Aloe Vera Gel (no color, no alcohol). The brand that I'm using is Fruit of the Earth.

I have 98% Aloe Vera Gel and I also have 100& Aloe Vera Juice... But I dont really have much issue with the consistency of the oil mix, if only I could a lil less heavy-handed. TTFN (LOL)
